For Fraternities & Sororities
Your letters already mean something. This is where you prove it.
A mental health mission born in a high school hallway. A movement of 60,000+ families. And a role built for the one group on campus that already knows how to organize, rally, and show up — yours.
The Mission
This didn't start on a campus. It started in a hallway.
In 2017, a Michigan high school that had lost five of its own put an experiential mental health curriculum in front of every student — because four coaches refused to let it die in committee. They argued with review boards. They wore down administrators. They won.
That curriculum became Prepare U. Ten years later it has reached more than 60,000 families — rebuilt for the kitchen table, delivered by people who care, not clinics.

Coaches carried it first. Now it gets carried by anyone with a reason. That's where you come in.
Why Your Chapter
Every chapter says three things about itself. This is all three at once.
We're a brotherhood. We're a sisterhood. You have the network most organizations would kill for — a full house, a campus, hometowns in six states, alumni who still answer the group chat.
We serve. Philanthropy isn't an add-on for you; it's in your charter. But let's be honest about the bake-sale economy: a lot of effort for a little impact. This puts real emotional-intelligence tools into real families — in your college town and back home — and you can watch the number grow.
We build leaders. In two years you'll be in an interview and someone will say "tell me about a time you led something." Selling a mission, building a team, and hitting a goal is a better answer than "I was social chair." (Social chair is also a great answer. Have both.)
The Play
No inventory. No table in the quad. No selling anything nobody wants.
Apply free
Takes minutes. No cost to join — a free starter kit, nothing you have to buy, ever.
Share the free 3-minute EQ check
Your personal link and QR code point to a free family emotional-intelligence assessment. No credit card. That's the whole ask — "take three minutes."
Families enroll — you earn
When a family joins Prepare U Pro through your link, you earn a commission. You're paid on real family enrollments only — never on recruiting, ever. Earnings depend on your effort; no income is guaranteed.
Build a team, climb the ladder
Bring your chapter along, help them succeed, and grow into recruiter and certified-coach ranks. The title at the top is earned, not bought.
What's In It For You
Five ways this pays — and only one of them is money in your pocket.
Fund chapter initiatives
Your earnings are yours — and members who choose to put them toward the chapter can bankroll philanthropy week, formal, or the house project that's been "next semester" for three years. Real money from real work, not another car wash.
Serve your community
Every share puts free emotional-intelligence tools in front of a family — in your college town, in your hometown, in your own house. Philanthropy you can measure in families, not dollars.
Offset your dues
Dues are real. So is this. Plenty of members will put their first earnings straight toward the semester bill — and stop having the "is Greek life worth it" conversation with their parents.
Earn for yourself
Commission from day one on every family you enroll — flexible, phone-first, and it doesn't care about your class schedule. Your effort sets your ceiling. (No guarantees — anyone who promises you numbers is selling you something.)
Build a resume — maybe a career
Sales experience, leadership, team-building, and a mission you can talk about with a straight face — that's an interview story you don't have to embellish. Climb far enough and Certified Prepare U Family Coach is a credential and a path, not just a line item. Some of you will graduate with a job you already have.
Every chapter says service. This is what it looks like when you can count it.
Run It As A House
One member starts it. The house makes it a machine.
The Coach Ambassador
Where everyone starts. Share the free check, enroll families, earn on your own effort.
The Ambassador Recruiter
The chapter captain move — bring your house in, coach them up, and earn as your team produces. Leadership with a scoreboard.
The Certified Family Coach
The summit. Earned by completing the full program and training — never bought. The title that means it.
Want to make it a rivalry? Run it house-vs-house. Chapter with the most families reached by finals gets the bragging rights — and every chapter's community wins either way.
One honest flag, because we'd rather you do this right than fast: this is an individual ambassador program — each member joins and earns individually. If you want to badge it as an official chapter fundraiser, run it past your nationals first. Most organizations have a process for exactly this, and a chapter that follows it is a chapter we want.
Straight Answers
The questions you're already thinking.
"Is this an MLM thing?"
Fair question — ask it loudly. Here's the structure: free to join, nothing you have to buy, and nobody earns a dime on recruiting. Commissions come from one place only: real families enrolling in a real program. When an ambassador buys anything, no one earns a commission on it. That's the opposite of a pyramid, on purpose.
"What does it cost me?"
Nothing to join. You get a free starter kit with sample classes to share. Optional purchases exist if you want them — full program access, extra tools — but they're never required, and they never affect your rank or pay anyone a commission.
"How much can I actually make?"
We don't publish income numbers in public, and you should side-eye anyone who does. The full compensation plan is in your portal the day you're approved — real rates, no games. What we'll say here: you earn on every family you enroll, your effort sets the pace, and no income is guaranteed.
"Do I need a psych degree or something?"
You don't need a degree. You need a reason. The program does the teaching — a research-backed curriculum built over ten years of classrooms. Coaches share it; families work it. You are not a therapist and never pretend to be one.
100,000 coaches. Millions of families.
Somebody's chapter is going to be the first on your campus — the one that made mental health a thing you do, not a thing you post about.
